The hotel location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax in. The onsen was a delightful treat, offering a soothing and rejuvenating experience.

The language barrier was a significant challenge, as most of the staff did not speak English. This made communication difficult and sometimes frustrating.

The hotel had a very clean and spacious room, which was perfect for my stay. The hotel facilities, including the public onsen and small restaurant and shop, were all very nice and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the 25m heated pool in the next building, which was definitely worth the 200 yen fee. The location of the hotel next to the park was superb, providing a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The staff, although their English was limited, were friendly and made an effort to assist me during my stay.
